90's made for TV movie?
There was an old movie, early to mid 90's that dealt with a man, but he was made of electronic parts and a woman (possibly blond) that had to help save him. All I can remember is that most of the movie was filmed in sometype of underground facility that they were trying to escape and he got hurt at somepoint and didn't understand why his arm was open as the wires were showing, so the woman cleaned him up. I think it might have come on during the night on showtime, cinamax or hbo. Anyone know what I am talking about??
