There was a guy who was a bad boy, but the teachers were some type aliens. The teachers tr to track the kids down at home but they had to go to the school and try to defeat them. Its not the movie the facilty. Its an older movie than that.

This was a movie, I believe it was stop motion, but it could have been puppets. What I remember was a boy running away from his town because the other kids teased him for being ugly (they wouldn't let him play with them, and they threw rocks at him). He ends up getting captured after running away...

I want to track down an awsome film I uesd to watch time and time again. Its got a crazy looking main character with big spikey hair, who takes these kids through a door in there bedroom floor in another weird world with loads of other charaters like him (crazy hair and futuristic clothes) the kids...
