80s movie, animated, people caught some dieseas by touching they were covered in a so
Maybe 80s animated movie, not latter then early 90s because I was still a child. American Accent, people would catch a diease that covered them in some sort of mud and they would go around moaning and if they touched anyone they would get it, the cure was sunlight light I am sure someone running from them stepped into the light and the sunlight turned them normal and when it did their were people most children, but you never knew they were people until the end. I can't remember a lot I was a child but I really want to find this film, I thought of it when some one mentioned the berlin wall coming down and I just had a flash if that helps. I don't think this was the mean focus of the film but that's all I can remember am sure it was not disney but not certain. Please help

Hello. I do not remember a great deal about this movie but as far as I can remember it was about 2 or 3 girls... possibly princesses and I think one of them was 'evil' and she had long black hair... her name might have been raven and there was castles and other generic princess kids movie stuff....
