80s kids fantasy movie
My brother and I are trying to find the name of a movie we watched when we were young. All we remember is there's a 'bad' woman and her sidekick. The sidekick was a creature that was short with a dog-like face and all black. There's a part in the movie where the woman sings to the sidekick saying 'gimme, gimme, gimme the wand'. Any suggestions?
