There is this movie about a town. I only saw a part of it. But basically its this town of people all terrified of these kids. Pale white with toe head hair, like 12 of them. All in pairs. PLEASE HELP!! The movie was from the late 80's early 90's about a group of homeless kids. Living on the streets in either New York, or New Jersey. The head homeless kid was called King. Also one of the kids was given a gold ring to let an old man touch his face. :confused::confused:

It is a live action movie, but the main kid draws a character that comes to life as an animated short little man. There is a scene I remember where the dad comes into the kid's room, and the kid is using books in a basket as a counter weight to lift weights.
