1970
When I was a kid in 70S I remember seeing a movie on TV about a silent era movie star who supposedly died in a fire. An author decides to move into the stars old mansion in order to research a biography on the actress. You soon find out that the actress is not dead but badly burned and hinding in her old mansion.
The only other detail I can remember is that there was a glass coffin in the garden, with a wax likeness of the actress. The movie was more of a mystery than horror. It could have been a made for TV movie. Thanks I have been trying to find this movie forever does anyone else remember this movie. |

... and remember a kids TV special where the toys were taken from the children and coved in 'glustick'- a hard plastic substance. Does anyone remember this show or am I making it up? I think it was a Christmas movie but could have been a different holiday...
