My Tomos moped doesn't have a spark. Possibly the CDI unit
I have a Tomos Revival with an electronic ignition. Does anyone know how to do a test on the CDI unit? I'd like to conform that it is the unit before I spend a hefty sum on purchasing another. The moped is 9 years-old so it is likely the CDI.

My son has a new moped, around 200 miles only. He turns it on, engine sounds fine, he pulls the throttle then it kills the engine, any ideas what the problem maybe?:(

I no nothing of mechanics and my mopeds back brake is sticking. It won't release and so I can only drive 5-10mph. I don't want to have to drive my car to campus for gas reasons, so how do I fix it?
