    Since you asked this twice in 2 minutes, I'm assuming you're eager for an answer? How technical of an answer are you needing?

    I know its something to do with my internet connection and when the lights on my modem go out I have to call my internet company. If you want to really understand what a modem is though, you'll need to be patient and wait until a member that understands technology better than I do comes along. Since this site is run by volunteers, it may be a while.
