Well you can't find people for free ( unless you can find them listed on free sites) for the same reason you can't get free gasoline or free grocery, people have to pay for the web sites, people have to be paid salary, there is research that has to be done to find info.

If you provide as much info as you know we may help. Also what about aunts or uncles, do they know.
And why will your dad not help you ?

I ask about his age because most people at this day in age are usually on a social site, such as myspace, Facebook etc. And if you type the name Michael Muntean on myspace, some profiles actually appear. But it would be vital to know things such as his age, etc.. etc.. But make sure you spell it correctly because you can be getting in touch with the wrong person.. Good luck and try to get as much info as possible.
