Have you tried an investigator of any kind. Searching public records? Do you have birth certificate info, date of birth, etc... Full name.

First off... we kind of need to know what "everything" is. Not trying to be rude, but what you may think is everything... we may know of a rock unturned. Please give a little more detail on your research.

I have currently been doing the same as you... had no info to go on (except dad's name) and noones help on it... I have reached all the way to my great-great-great-great grandparents.

Try doing some genealogy work. I found lots of info on my dad's family at findagrave.com and rootsweb.com. Once you find some family relations, you may be able to contact them and they can give you info on where to find your dad. In the site rootsweb, you may be able to find info on your father himself.
