    I need to know who owns the property at Deerbrook Apartments at 3511 East 51st Street Suite 3 Kansas City, Missouri 64130?

    With apartments it is very likely of course a corporation that owns it.

    But if you go to the country court house, I believe it is called the recorder of deeds there but they will have a record of who the propety is deeded to. If you go to the property tax office,you can find out what address and who is paying the taxes. After that you can normally go though the Sec of State for MO and find out who owns the corporation or who is the shareholders
