    Felons cannot possess firearms... You can't soldier if you can't shoot.

    At times, you will be allowed to enlist with an exception to policy. These exceptions are called waivers. Currently the Army is not allowing felony waivers. A lot will depend on what the charge was and what you have been doing since. I would talk to an Army recruiter in your area and see what can be done if you want to enlist.
