    Here you go Kourtney12345:)

According to which state you live in, there are anti-bullying laws.

Do NOT be afraid to tell. The principal has to act on it right away and you can ask that your name be kept anonymous.

Always have materials you need for each class. i.e. calculator, pens , papers.

Always be respectable too your teachers. Use a pleasant voice and keep eye contact.

Try not to be tardy. Have your homework and make it neat.

Dress appropriately. It doesn't matter if you don't wear designer jeans or carry a $500 purse, it's the person you are that tells who you are.

Read your School Handbook and know ALL the zero tolerance rules.

Be kind and never pick on someone who isn't popular or who isn't as fortunate as you.

If those mean kids start, ignore and walk away . If they keep it up do as I told you. It's not tattle telling when it's something interfering with your ability to learn.

Don't carry a cell phone unless it's allowed and keep it turned off.
Bullies have been running the show until these laws were passed.
Bullies run in packs of three and four or more. There are girls who bully and boys.

Bullies are insecure themselves, so they find someone to take it out on.

Bullies use name calling, threats, untrue stories, hitting, shoving, wedgies', and finally beating.

Cyber-bullying is when someone sends an ugly message or picture of another person by computer, cell phone.

Face book is a breeding ground for bullies. They can say things about another person and call them names such as faggott, or racial names or
For girls it's names like "B.. etc. This is against the law.

If this is happening save all text messaging, emails, pictures and anything else that is derogatory.

There is a no contact policy in Schools, no touching, high-fiving, kissing or holding hands with a boyfriend or girlfriend.

No horseplay as it leads to fighting much of the time.

These laws were passed because of the growing amount of kids who commit bully-cide.

Tell a teacher and the principal. They are by law obligated to stop it.Tell your parents they can the HR counselor or the school attorney.

They can also talk with the Superintendent. Tell your parents when this first happens,so they will be aware.

If you hit back it is an automatic suspension for you and the bullies.
People will say don't tell. I say if you don't it will get worse and by telling you are helping some other child.

There is no shame in telling and the principal cannot tell that you are the one who told. That is your right.

Bullies aren't going to stop unless someone tells. Good Luck
