Why do I have almost uncontrolable urge to burst into tears at the drop of a hat
Well I'm male 28 for the past year or so I've been having these sudon almost uncontrolable urges to burst into tears at almost anything its got so bad now it comes on like being hit by a sledge hammer it takes the breath from me I can be fine one second and the next I'm fighting back the tears so nobody see's anything sets me off songs happy/sad things happaning in programs in sad adverts sometimes for no aparant reason ill be working and I have to leave the room its so embarising I feel like such a freek

Hey you are not alone. Although I am a female, I don't express myself very well to other people, but I cancry like a baby over nothing. I watch American Idol, and I cry because people are good singers. I cry when I watch happy movies about people in love, I cry over sad things, I can't watch Nancy Grace any more, that's just a sob fest for me. I cry if I think people are mad at me, I cry when I feel that I have done something good, and people recognize that. I volunteer at the SPCA, and spemd most of time with my head in the cages bawling for these animals past life. When I listen to music, it's like I feel the emotion in that music. I always figured I was just sensitive... I try and take a deep breath, blink a few times I tell myself I am being silly for crying, and hope like hell no one notices me! Lol. I don't know if this is any help to you or not, but at least you will know you are not alone! P.S Crying is healthy ;) |
