I believe this has more to do with attitude and how you think. It is possible to change your life by changing what you are thinking. Just compare positive thinking people with negative thinking people. Positive thinking people almost always get what they want while negative thinking people have to struggle more for what they want.

Change your life by changing what you are thinking.

The quality of your life will depend on the quality of your thoughts.

    Google Positive Thinking.

Just my honest opinion based on my own belief system.
