Trouble sleeping more than 6 hours
    Hi all:

I have anxiety and depression, I am on 40mg of citalopram which is helping a lot.
Lately though, I've been waking up early in the morning after only like 6-7 hours of sleep, and unable to fall back asleep. Usually I can sleep for 10 hours on a day off.
I wake up and my mind starts thinking a LOT, like my brain is kind of hyped up, but my body is still sooo tired.
I try to go back to sleep, and I get into kind of a dozed-off state, but no true deep sleep.
I will try to do breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation, and it relaxes me, but my brain is still going.

    Any tips?

We all sleep less as we get older because our natural melatonin decreases, the chemical in our body we are born with to help us sleep.

You don't say how old you are, but if you are over 50 then possibly that's the reason you are only getting 7 hours of sleep. You can purchase the natural sleep remedy melatonin which you could take when you wake up. It may give you another 2 or 3 hours. Maybe not.

I do quite well over 60 and get 7 hours of sleep which is enough for me to get on with my day.

Not knowing India too well and the businesses that run there, it would be kind of hard to suggest. What is l0 Lacks?
