    I'm not PG. What would cause sharp pains in your vagina on the left side?

    Please stop posting endlessly. I've deleted all your other duplicates.

    Do you remember injuring yourself somehow, say, landing hard on a bicycle seat or when you walked up stairs and misstepped? Is there any injury in that area or more like a feeling of a pulled muscle?

    Of course, since we can't examine you, the only way you are going to resolve this is by going to your doctor and letting him/her examine you.
