    I cry all the time
I am a very emotional person and I don't know how to handle it. I cry all the time over the dumbest things. My boyfriend gets mad because I cry for no reason and it doesn't help us. I cry when I'm happy I cry when I'm angry I cry when I do something wrong. When I was little I never was a crying baby. I don't know what to do, I don't know how to handle this situation. I want to be a strong woman and not cry over everything. What do I do?

If you can function, work, school, whatever you do and cope without crying that's OK.

I'm a strong women, but the ads about baby animals being hurt makes me cry, or an episode of little house on the praire, or when my daughter is laughing.. yep, that can bring me to tears...

    When I'm happy I cry.

Crying is good, it releases tension and reduces your blood pressure in stressful situations.

If your crying in the supermarket because you can't decide between peas and beans, time to go to the doctor.

Some people are uncomfortable with tears, perhaps your boyfriend is one of them, that's his problem, not yours.

Some people are hard wired to be emotional, that's just the way they are, others can't cry for love nor money.

So, just think for a moment, are you crying for a emotional reason, example; you feel the emotions in things, or are you crying over the peas and beans.. there's a big difference.

I'm ALSO a highly emotional person. Sometimes, I get so stressed out at work that I have to walk into the bathroom just to cry. (It's usually after a customer cusses me out or treats me like crap!)

I don't think there is ANYTHING wrong with having these feelings! You recognize that you have this dilemma, you know that you're crying because of how you're feeling, and you're probably justified TO cry in the situation.

There is nothing wrong with crying. However, I do have to agree that if you cry because you can't make a decision then you need help. I don't think that's exactly the case with you though.

This crying all the time thing, it can and will only get better if you handle your emotions appropriately. Now, instead of bawling when I'm pissed, I tell someone that I'm pissed off. I was always the kind of person that would hold my anger inside or hold my fear, depression, anxiety, every emotion you can think of: inside. The more I dealt with my problems straight on, the less I cry.

If you ever need someone to talk to, talk to a friend! You're even welcome to talk to me :) Just get those emotions out, girlfriend!
