I always feel like killing myself.
I always feel like killing myself because I think I'm unwanted.Every night I think how it would
Be if I wasn't alive. It always ends up with the same thought (Life would be much better without me.) I cut myself, I started cutting myself a very long time ago thinking it was fun and it started becoming serious.

Do you have a counselor at school with whom you speak concerning how you're thinking and feeling?

Keeping your mind on self, is self - destructive. Lose yourself by looking at what
Others need. Our mind is what controls us and what we think about and believe will
Become. When we think about self our world is very small and boxed in, that's when
Life wants to end. When we make our self think about others we see a big world
With needs every where. Believe me and know there is a need you need to fill in this
World. There are many good things you can do and think about and we do choose what we think and do. Blessings comes when we are living our life blessing others. Let
Go of thoughts of death and dying .We are in this life to live and be a part of good
Works and deeds. You make the choice, and you are the only one that can make that
Choice , on life or death. There are books that can help you get started on the good
    Life.

    Hi again Bree-Anna,

There is nothing that is worth killing yourself over. NOTHING! You seem very lost and lonely. You need to talk to someone about this. Don't be ashamed to do that. You have nothing to be ashamed about! Sadly, many teens your age cut as a way to forget about how they feel at that moment, but it really doesn't help with what the actual problems you are having.

Cutting yourself is self mutilation, and it does nothing to help the pain you feel inside. It might feel like it's a release for you, but it really only makes the way you feel about yourself a lot worse about yourself.

If you don't feel comfortable about talking with your Mom, Dad, Sibling, or other family member like an Aunt, then talk to a school councelor. Trust me, this isn't going to be shocking to them. They will know how to help you. You could also talk to a minister at any church, or you could call the Kids Help Line. 1-800-668-6868. It's free to call.

Please talk to someone that you trust, or call that number.

Also, here is an idea for you to think of in the meantime, as well as the idea Clough suggested with writing music or poetry, and please try not to focus on death and dying. You love rabbits, so I bet you love other animals too. How about helping out with animals? You could volunteer at your local animal shelter. There are so many animals there that just need a friend, and someone to play with them, walk them, pet them. They need company too, and I bet they would absolutely love to see you walk in and get them out of their cages for awhile!

This would be really good therapy for you, and you would be helping out so much. Doing something like this will give you a sense of pride and confidence in yourself, and I bet you would also make a lot of friends there too. Do it for the animals! They are non-judgemental, and will love you at hello! :)

Edit: You said there is no counsellor. Well go to one of your teachers, or even your principle. They will help you. Find someone, no matter who it is. They won't look badly upon you, I can guarantee it.

You know Bree I had a very hard life when I was young, we were not too well off either. I had a stepfather that seriously did not like me at all, it was at times even physical. It effected me in almost everything that I did, I was terrified, I was only 7 years old.

I had a mother that loved me dearly and she wasn't afraid to show it even in front of him and she paid heavily for it too, bless her soul.

I was a nervous wreck, One day I finally left a note on my teacher's desk asking her for help. The best thing that I ever did. She was so kind and spent a lot of time telling me how special that I was. She gave me some confidence in myself. I finally began to believe that I wasn't to blame for all the things that he told me I was.

She ( my teacher) turned him into social services, they visited and I was there too, scared to death.

I couldn't believe what happened... after we all went to social services to 'talk' about this, it all pretty much changed Bree... It seems that when I finally opened up and found someone to talk to, I got help. And he did too.

No. it wasn't an overnight change but it got better each day, to the point where my stepfather actually was treating me like his son.

I came through all this because I had the strength to talk with someone about my feelings and the situation that I was going through.

Please Bree, that may be all it takes hon, find someone that you can trust and talk with them and listen.

I feel like that all the time since I was 14 is when it started for me the constant thoughts of suiside, cutting among other self destructive behaviour I didn't have friends and was bullied allot. I just had to tough it out until I left school and felt a bit better. These people giving you crap are idiots and you don't desrive it! So you don't have a guy you will one day and he will be the one worth waiting for. I know I thought I would never have a boyfriend and I found I just had to develop myself more and become aware of what I wanted and tell the rest of them to f-off and by doing what I wanted I found a nice man. Please look after yourself there is help avalible even if you don't want to talk to a councilor you can go online and they have websites like xanga where you can post a daily blog about how your feeling just to get it out would help you and you get support of people just like you.
