Hi I just notice that near the head of my penis is a smallis pimple like spot it doesn't hurt unless I touch it I tried to squeeze it as it looks like it got a bit of white puss in it and it hurt like hell I am embarrest to go docs I do a lot of mastubation so I heard it could be because of that I am just worried I know its not a std as I am a virgin and I am only 18 so I am worried I would appricts it if you could give me your best guess thank you:)

There is no reason to be afraid of your doctor, especially if he is a man. Let me let you in on a little secret, he has a penis too, and probably masturbates as well (most men do one time or another).

This could be as simple as something called a sebaceous cyst, which is pretty much oil trapped under the skin and unable to come out. But because you say it is painful you need to have it checked out.

Don't be embarrassed, just go to a man doctor and you will be fine.

Hi it's a spot as I squeezed it and a tiny bit of puss came ou and then a bit of bllod and today its gone down so good news pluse I don't take that many baths/showers as I am too tired but I think it's that as well

Well, of course if you don't keep yourself clean you run into many different health issues. You said it yourself that you don't take many baths or showers.

You need to shower at least once a day to maintain adequate health for your skin. Your skin is your first line of defense in many illnesses. If your skin is not healthy, the rest of your body is sure to follow.
