    Post Lunch
I'm so tired of the way that I feel at work for like an hour every day when I come back from lunch. I can't remember if I have always been this way but it has definitely been going on for quiet some time. It doesn't matter if I eat healthy or not, whenever I come back from lunch I feel really tired, sometimes hot, and just very sluggish in general, usually for at least an hour. I work out a good bit and am in pretty good shape. Is there any way to curve these post lunch issues? Lol

I think everybody has that happen to them. It does to me anyway. Many people believe that a half way through the day a quick nap is important, but it is hard to do that in the working world.
