Hey... I am just 15 and I shaved my and balls for the first time the other night. I didn't really know what I was getting into, but I just think I wan't to let it grow out and not shave. But I am really worried about if it will be a lot longer than before or really dark or more bushy than before. If someone can just let me know if I'm OK just letting it grow out and all. I just don't want it to be even more than before. I have just done it once, tried to shave even better like the next morning just too see if I could get the itchyness away, but yeah I have just done it basically ONCE. Thanks, I really want to know.

Hey, don't worry. It won't get any darker or different as a result of your shaving. If you like the shaved look and feel of it, then enjoy it. The only prob is if you have to undress in front of other guys or the doctor, etc who might think your strange cause you like it shaved. I say too dam bad. I had my appendix taken out a few years ago and laid on the op table with shaved pubes, but I was so drugged I didn't care, and no body said that I was strange.
There are a lot more guys than you would think who are keeping it shaved, and gals who say they like their men shaved down there.

Takes a little practice to learn how to shave it and not get razor burn. I have found that shaving against the direction of the hair gets the cleanest shave, but also gives you razor burn in the sensitive areas. So I shave across the grain in the central pubes area, with a very light touch. After a while you will find out exactly how to do it to get the smoothest closest shave without irritation. Also a little triple antiboitic ointment after shaving is a good way to keep it from getting irritated.

I think shaving yourself one time as an experement is OK but don't continue to do it its not healthy the hair is there for a purpose don't upset the balance of nature for to long.

I’m sorry I don’t share your statement about shaving I have been without for more than five years I started at 20 g/f going on thirteen years she started going bare at 17 we haven’t seen any danger or illness in doing so… we have been together 3 years… after doing so g/f has taught her daughter 13 to shave and the three of us visit a nudist camp in Florida for a month each year with others there asking and now joining the bare world… so much easier to take care of no tan lines and what can I say it is very nice to look at as well as other sexual benefits
