No MDs here. Some nurses and knowledgeable people.
You don't need an ENT; not yet anyway.
A few of the many usual reasons for what you describe:
Post nasal drip while you are asleep can make a throat sore
Allergies, either indoor (dust mites in bedding) or outdoor (different pollen), maybe entering the house from a fan or AC.
    Sensitivity to medicines you take
    The acid reflux itself

You don't say what your gastric problems are.

For starters, wash your pillows (not just the cases) and all bedding including mattress pad, and run through the rinse twice. Buy unscented detergent.
Clean fans and AC filters and drip trays. I have no use for ACs. Nothing but trouble for breathing.
Keep some menthol cough drops by your bed and start one as you go to sleep. Another if you wake up.
    Keep drinking tons of fluids.
Buy some anti-histamine such as Benadryl if your doctor says it's OK.
