    Doncha just hate it when that happens? :-[ I can't tell you why it happens?? But If you pop a couple of " LEG CRAMPS with QUININE" pills by (Hylands) P&S Laboratories of Los Angeles, Ca. along with your viagra :D your cramps will cease. ;D

    Take some vitamin C man, when your digging in it common to get cramps, hell I'm 20 and I get them... just means we're doing it right ;) anyway Vitamin C is a natural "anti-cramper" because its just your muscles getting worked out

    I don't take but it has happened to me I just prepare like I am going to a sports game I strectch before it and I strectch while I do it THE FROGGER posistion the best way to get your legs moving and then I move to her riding me then I end it wit DOggy Style you no loll that's how I do it no more cramps
