    Ascended Testicle
My right testicle ascended into my body cavity the other day while I was sitting at my desk at work. I got up to go to the restroom and as I was “peeing” I felt that my right testicle was not there. I could feel it up in my body. This was different than jumping into a cold pool and your “balls” draw up. The testicle was inside my body cavity.

I pressed above where I felt my testicle and it dropped. It was uncomfortable, not painful. I continue to have some uncomfortable feelings. Its not swollen.

I am a boxer wear and for the last two day have worn sports briefs. The uncomforted continues. I have not ejaculated since this has happened.

The uncomfort radiates up to my stomach. I am married at 49 with a healthy active sex life. Should I see my doc?

It could possible that the cord to your testicle is twisted. I would see a urologist asap.
