I can only use my hq/retinoid/kojic acid cream about 3x, maybe 4x a week... more than that and I start...

She gave me a prescription for a cream with 10% hq... it also has kojic acid and retinol... it's worked wonders for me because I'm light skinned and get dark...

It has hydrocortisone cream in it.

I use the same thing... it seems to be working great... my skin color has managed to stay almost as light as it does in the winter, and I live in hot, humid Louisiana and walk around my college...
