    Xanax and a urine test
    I am dealing with the courts and the doctor put me on Xanax 1 mg and I was wondering if the 1 mg Xanax can make you drop a dirty urine test

    If your doctor "put you on it" then you will be able to present a doctors prescription for having it in your system.

    If you were prohibited from taking it by court order... you hung yourself by not heeding it.

    What is the dosage, once daily? Is it time release?

    Benzodiazepines aren't tested for in 5-panel tests but are in the 10-panels.

    Another problem with Xanax (alprazolam) is that it can cause a false positive for amphetamines.

    Benzo will come up in test, but if you're prescribed it and have proof, you shouldn't have a problem
