Why isn't Accutane working for me?
I am now halfway through my third month, and have seen no improvement whatsoever in my skin. My skin has become a little less oily, but still no change in acne. I have ridiculously dry lips but that's the only side effect I've noticed. I feel as if the side effect of dry lips is not worth it seeing as my skin has not changed at all. Has anyone else had the same experience with Accutane?

It takes more then three months for accutane to do a complete job. The fact that you find your skin less oily means it is starting to work. Be patient.

Is accutane safe [ 4 Answers ]

I have fordcye. They say you can take accutane or some kind of gel. The thing is that when I read about it they make it sound harmful. Is it harmful? How old do you have to be to take it? What are the side affects? Is it safe and where can you get it.
