    What are these
    I would like to know what kind of pills are small round brownish orange and also has I-2 engraved in them

    I think it's called pyridium. A urinary analgesic used for urinary tract inflammation. Non-addictive, not really harmful, but useful for a lot of things. Try Drugs.com to look it up.

    It is the generic form of Motrin called Ibuprofen.
