I am 17 years old and I was diagnosed with borderline pcos this year. I started ortho tri cyclen about a month ago, and my skin has cleared up, and for the first time in two years, I have had my period two months in a row, but then I started getting random cramps throughout the month, and now I have lost all ability to orgasm. I assure you it is not a psychological issue and I still get aroused, so my sex drive hasn't changed (yet). I don't want to be tossed random birth controls by my gyno until one works. That could take forever. I am just afraid that if I wait too long my body chemistry will be permanently altered. Are there other non birth control treatments for pcos, because all birth controls seem to have this anorgasmic effect. Please help!
