I need to identify a pill. It is oblong, white, blank on one side, and K10 on the other. There is also a tiny arrow that comes off the top right tip of the K.

I found 2 pills in my daughters work apron. They are as small as a mini m&m, blank on one side with 100 imprinted on the other, only 100, no other numbers or symbols. I've gone through so many web sites trying to find out what they are, maybe they are generic and that's why I can't find any info....
