    For the best protection, the start of the second month of usage.

    But remember, no birth control is 100 percent effective. Depending on the study, this product is 92 to 98 percent effective. So out of 100 women using, 2 to 8 women get pregnant within year of use.

    Also be sure and follow the instructions, since misuse, use of some prescription drugs, even smoking can have side effects with this.
