Will psychotropic medications, if used for many years, increase the incidence of senility or Alzheimer's?

How long does Vicodin show up in blood after taking. I take no more than two a day and have a blood test next week. (5 days). I have not taken any now for two days.

Is there any help out getting medications at a much less cost? My copay for my meds has quadrupled and I just can't affor them anymore. I'm having to choose which ones I can do with out. I'm a diabetic and I also have MS. PLEASE help I don't know where to turn :'(
