Alternate them two hours apart.
Beware of too much of either one - vicodin develops a tolerance and you need more and more, and ibuprofin is bad for your kidneys.
I don't know of anything that kills the pain of a kidney stone passing.
DRINK tons of fluids and include real cranberry juice and asparagus juice (home made).
Put moist heating pads on your abdomen.
Ask your doctor about ultrasonic breaking of the stones - common and easy procedure. Is there a reason why this hasn't been discussed?
