There's too many possibilities to say online. First thought is a hiatal hernia, where the stomach pouches up through the hiatal opening around the esophagus, pressing on it. You would need surgery. But if you have a digestive problem, parasite, or something else entirely, you wouldn't need surgery. But those types of problems would probably be affecting how you feel, so I'm still wondering about a hernia. So you must see a doctor!
