    Constipation
    I'm suffering frm chronic constipation for years.now I'm taking duphalac with warm water in night after dinner.that helped.but not up to the mark.for I need to run again in the day lately, which is my main problem. I want the stool to be cleared in morning so that I don't need to run again.I'm having gas problem also, which is always moving downwards.pls help me

    Mostly constipation is based on diet and liquid intake - eating fiber from beans and grains and fresh vegetables, not much red meat, and drinking tons of liquids, preferably mostly water. Gas is easily remedied with over the counter antacids (such as calcium carbonate). If you run every day, you could easily be dehydrated, and your body draws water out of your bowel to provide it to your cells, and to evaporate out your skin as you run. Drink, drink, drink!

    And eat your last meal of the day at least 12 hours before you get up the next morning, especially if you run right away.
