Q about:
Oxycondone/APAP 10mg-650mg prescription took 1/2 (5mg)
Had random Company 5 panel drug test.
Will it show up in the urine drug test 20 later?

It should not on a "5 panel."

Standard five panel tests look for opiates using a cutoff of 2000 ng/ml. Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opioid and is not detectable at this cutoff (except in very high concentration).

Oxycodone can be tested for but requires a 100 ng/ml cutoff effectively negating detection on 5-panels.

Infrequently, oxycodone can trigger a response, cross-reaction, in the immunoassays (on-site, dip-tab instant assays) and result in a presumptive positive, but even then the more sensitive laboratory testing will not confirm.

Basically these factors are quantitative and don't relate to elimination time, therefore whether your question involves 20 min/hours/days is of little consequence.
