    Knee sprain
My name is alex, and I was told from a Dr, that I had a

Knee sprain. This is what happened. I was mopping a floor

Now, this floor was about 30,000 sq ft, and it might even be

Bigger then that, it was a bakers super store. Well first night I did

This, next afternoon when I got up it was a

Little stiff, both knees, well I thought no big deal

Just got a little work out night before, lol.

Well I did the floor again next night, stupid me and I woke up the following

Afternoon and I couldn't bend either knee. They were that swollen

So I just wrapped them up for a couple of days, and it went down.

At least enough to where I can bend them now. This happened a couple

Years ago. Well they still swollen but I can bend them but if I strain them

Too much they will swell back up again to where I can not bend them.
There is no bruising or pain, just swelling.

So my question is, since right now I don't have ins, what would you

Recommend? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Sincerely, alex..
