If the UA is screening for the presence of ethanol you should be clear. If it is screened for EtG/EtS, longer-lasting metabolites of alcohol, they will probably be detectable.

And since you have a serious drinking problem, and have reason to be tested I pray that you won't

20 beers in one night? Wow.

You obviously have a problem. I'm assuming that you're being tested because you have some issues with your drinking, in which case I sincerely hope they do detect it so that you can get the help you need. Obviously routine testing isn't keeping you away from alcohol abuse.

The only way to guarantee that alcohol won't be detected in your system, is to stop consuming alcohol.

Maybe it's time to confess that this isn't working, that you need help.

When you want help with the PROBLEM, and stop worrying about the EVIDENCE, then please come back. We can help you.

I got help with beer AND painkillers. There is a way to free yourself of this demon.

If alcohol is causing problems like these, then you should really consider getting the right help.

God bless the still suffering alcoholic/addict.
