There is no possibility of predicting alcohol in blood or urine in the presence of liver disease.

Alcohol is metabolized 90% in the liver. Hepatic disease will markedly effect the amount of alcohol that remains in your system as well as the elimination of EtG. So alcohol usually metabolized at one drink per hour may remain in circulation for several hours longer and EtG that is eliminated at a lesser rate could conceivably be detectable for several days. There is no way to predict the time course except to note that metabolism will be delayed.
