    Please be patient. We are volunteers here who answer in our spare time.

    Now, how are you collecting it at home? You will do it the same way at work that you are doing it at home.

    Well, as I am sure your healthcare provided told you, you need to keep it in the refrigerator as you collect it. That is quite important. So this can be a bit difficult at work. You probably don't want to put it in the refrigerator at work where everyone puts their food.

    Can you wait and do it on a weekend when you will be home the entire 24 hours? That would be best. But if you just must do it at work, have a large container with a very tight lid and keep it in a paper bag I guess. Or maybe take a sick day to do it at home.

    How about a small cooler with ice at your desk?

    I took one a few weeks ago and the lab tech said "do your best to keep it cold, but if you cant, we'll deal with it"
