    Yeast infection
    Hi my penis is itchy and the skin has gone dry at end it also hurts when I pull the foreskin back as it has gone really tight I have a few cut marks as if my skins splitting but it seems the skin is very tight

    It's time to see your doctor. Past time actually. I can't believe you haven't had this checked already.

    We can't give you a diagnosis online. There's absolutely no way anyone, not even a doctor, can diagnose without seeing the infected area (do not post pictures!) and running tests.

    You need to go to your doctor today.
