What should I do about my slant?

Hi... I'm a 31-year-old and 183cm guy who walks with a slant to the right. I feel very bad because sometimes even some of my family members make fun of it. Over the last 8 years, I have tried to correct my gait but not successfully enough, since the left bone structure was set this way since my childhood, I guess.

Now, is this slanting related to the fact that at age 2 I fell with my left shoulder and back into a boiling dish? -- The folk cure they used to treat the burn left me with a thick layer of corrugated skin, and my left shoulder feels like holding a filled sack.-- Also my left hip, and the entire left leg are not straight enough, which really adds to the slant.

What exactly should I do? Should I, at least, have my left shoulder operated on? What can be done about the left hip and leg?

Thank you for the time, and advice.
