68 is not 'nothing.' It's usually one sign of diabetes (yes, way low or way high), but with cloudy urine, it could be a kidney disease. You could have had a regular old urinary tract infection (UTI) which moved up into your kidneys, and you need treatment NOW! BUT - All in all you could have just about anything. (I won't comment on the bumps and sore throat - need to be seen.)

NOW - how is it that you live in the US and don't have insurance?
Go to an ER or walk in clinic (that would be better) and tell them that you have been too sick to work for a long time, but never did anything about it. The taxpayer will have to foot the bill. I have a feeling that the taxpayer is paying for your girlfriend and will be paying for your child too. Not happy about it, but you need to stay alive for that child. Cut out the exercise for now - extreme exercise can actually cause low blood sugar, but I think it's more than that with you.

I'm not trying to sound mean. You need a job with 50+ employees so that the employer has to pay for insurance, even if it's not in construction.
Most hospitals have a walk in clinic attached, even if not next door. Ask around, use the phone, find out.
Try to get a clear picture of your symptoms and write them down, or doctors will just throw up their hands.

For all we know, you aren't eating a good diet. It's possible to drink too much water and be deficient in salts. Low protein, missing vitamins... who knows.
But I'm still worried about a kidney infection, which would need antibiotics ASAP!

Could you have a kidney infection for more than a year that would seem strange but I would rather it be that than other things I've been hearing but yeah to the docs with me... And ill defiantly ask around
