    Kink in neck
    I have had a minor pain in my neck for the last two or three days then yesterday all of a sudden I could barly hold my head up and the pain is unbearable what is the best ways to get rid of the kink

    Try seeing a chiropractor asap. You may have a pinched nerve.

    How much time do you spend at a computer? If your angle of view to the computer screen is not ideal you can create long lasting and very painful neck and back problems. Be sure that your neck has proper support during sleep. Gentle stretching and rolling of the neck and shoulders becomes very important to maintain range of motion as we age.
