    Sodium
    I am a fairly thin person, who eats little saturated and trans fat, and cholesterol. If I were to eat more than the recommended daily intake (like 50% more) of sodium, how badly harmed would I be? Would the less sat. and trans fat and cholesterol be able to kind of balance my greater sodium intake?
