is it normal to have severe low back pain following a cerbical discetomy of 2 discs
I had cervical discectomy 8 weeks ago and Discs C3/C4 and C6/C7 were removed with plates put in. Now I have extreme lower back pain, unbearable lower back pain! Is this expected? My X-ray reports says Post surgical changes of an anterior spincal fusion seen at levels of C3-C4 and C6-C7. Intervertebral disk spaces are identified and degenerative disk disease is identified at C4-5 and C5-C6. What does all of this mean?

You had cervical discs repaired, not your lower back. It's probably 2 different things.
