    Multiple Sclerosis
I feel like everything around me is shaking or spinning, but it only last a couple of seconds. I hear a sound and it is muffled, but only last a couple of minutes. When I tilt my head down there is a shock from my head down my back. I do have Multiple Sclerosis.

No I don't think you have Multiple Sclerosis but I am not a DR my mother had it. It sounds a bit like inner ear fluid balance disorder. Some of your symptoms match what inner ear fluid balance disorder calls for. As well you need to get an MRI to make sure there are no issues with the brain, as well that's how they would tests for MS white spots on the brain. With Multiple Sclerosis there are a few signs to watch for MS presents with a variety of symptoms, including changes in sensation , muscle weakness, abnormal muscle spasms, or difficulty in moving; difficulties with coordination and balance; problems in speech or swallowing visual problems ,fatigue and acute or chronic pain syndromes, and bladder and bowel difficulties.

Again I am not a doctor just someone with a bit of experience in MS, I hope everything works out of you.

No, I have been diagnosis for fifteen years now with MS. I have the MRI's to prove that. There are so many white spots that I lost count. I was asking if there may be something else going on now. I go and see my doctor on the 26th of June. I do IV treatments once a month and take Betesorn as well. I do thank you for your response and I wish it were just inner ear but it is not. After I wrote that my muscle spasm got worse, so I am thinking this is an attack of my MS, but again thank you for caring enough to respond. You say you have experience in MS and I hope that does not mean you have it too. I can no long walk well. I have lost feeling in my right foot and hand and no partial numbness in my left hand. I have had optic neritious three times in my right eye. I have also had double vision, seziurs, sever muscle spasms, bladder trouble, sever fatigue, and I sometimes have to use my cane. I could go on and on. I just hope you do not have this.

Oh sorry I read that wrong, I do have some experience from my mother she had the slow progressing MS. There was no mediation for her and she ended up in a wheel chair, have you gone to a support group? As well I have a feeling that what your experiencing now is an MS attack. I hope that helped a bit sorry I had read the question wrong to begin with.
