I'm having a hard time finding recipes with both low K and low carbs... they
Seem to be one or the other... I need both and am having a hard time.
I need to watch my sugars too.

Potassium on labels is now voluntary. No-one has to list it so it is missing
From many labels. I do find the count online, just as I find the count for
Carbs... but when I searched for both for recipes and went into the
Individual suggestion, it only had either carbs OR K.

Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thank you
