Low carb AND low potassium diet
I'm having a hard time finding recipes with both low K and low carbs... they
Seem to be one or the other... I need both and am having a hard time.
I need to watch my sugars too.

Potassium on labels is now voluntary. No-one has to list it so it is missing
From many labels. I do find the count online, just as I find the count for
Carbs... but when I searched for both for recipes and went into the
Individual suggestion, it only had either carbs OR K.

Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thank you

Low carb diet and jogging [ 1 Answers ]

I was advised by a doctor to go on a low carb diet I think because of my cholesterol levels. I'm not overweight, I am a male, 5'8" and 135 lbs. I used to run regularly, but since my low carb diet I don't have enough energy to finish my laps. Is there another substitute I can use instead of carbs...
