    My left tonsil hurts and its itchy
    My left tonsil hurts and it feels itchy, it feels weird cause its just the left side, I don't know what it is and how to cure it, can anyone help me?

    Yes! I have had them for a couple years now and am getting more frequent and worse sore throats. I actually push on my tonsil with my finger and gross stuff (Doctor says it's decaying food!! ) comes out. He said it's fine to do that and follow with a good mouthwash. The only other alternative is surgery. So that's actually what I'm doing today - researching tonsilectomies (sp?). I also have frequent bad breath and it's not the sexiest thing to my husband. But it sounds like surgery is quite an extreme option. I'm not sure how long to wait before I go for it.

    That's weird cause I have bad breath too, but I think its because I need to get my wisdome tooth pulled out. A hole started to develop and food goes in there and it tastes funny. I don't know about getting surgery lol but thanks for the advice.
